Founder, Creative Director and Producer - John Kelley
John is a celebrated creative director whose visionary work has shaped campaigns for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, ZARA, and Playboy. His artistry extends beyond fashion into music and entertainment, where his expertise in lighting direction has elevated music videos for A-list stars such as Mariah Carey and 50 Cent.
With a masterful command of lighting and composition, John has collaborated with legendary photographers like Steven Klein, Bruce Weber, and David LaChapelle, earning a reputation as one of the most sought-after creatives in the industry. His work has graced the pages of Vogue, Vogue Ukraine, Vogue Italia, GQ, Cake Magazine, and Paper, further cementing his influence in the world of high fashion and visual storytelling.
When he’s not crafting bold visual narratives, John retreats to his darkroom to create silver gelatin prints, staying deeply connected to the roots of photography. Outside of his professional life, he finds joy in spending time with his daughter, Violet, and his long-haired dachshund, Dodger, striking a perfect balance between creative ambition and cherished family moments.
Courtney Drewes- Producer
A seasoned creative professional with over two decades of experience in visual storytelling,
She began her career as a creative director and assistant to celebrity photographer Chuck Jones, collaborating on high-fashion editorials and fine art projects. Her passion for photography and photo editing laid a strong foundation for her subsequent ventures. Lending her critical eye, assisting artists in making submissions for various galleries and publications has been a great privilege throughout her career.
In the early 2000s, Courtney transitioned into the motion picture industry, contributing her expertise to a diverse range of projects, from independent films to major commercial campaigns for brands like Apple and Verizon. Her notable film credits include roles in the camera department for "Thor: Ragnarok" (2017) and "Divergent” (2014). After having her son, she moved away from movies and onto episodic television, most notably S1-S5 of the Netflix hit “Cobra Kai”. Her extensive experience behind the camera has honed her creative vision and technical skills.
Currently, Courtney leads marketing, public relations, and campaign strategies, seamlessly integrating her creative background with industry insights to craft compelling narratives. A lifelong learner, she remains attuned to emerging trends in the ever-evolving media landscape. Holding a marketing management position with several tech startups across various industries. Her role as a producer for shoots within these companies has laid the foundation for her documentary endeavors. Generation #40214 is an opportunity to put her skills in motion, while lending a female point of view to a very male driven story.

Blair brings his visionary storytelling to the world of film. With a career that spans multiple genres, Blair has built a reputation as a director and cinematographer whose work captivates audiences with its depth and emotional resonance. His filmography includes award-winning documentaries, experimental shorts, and narrative features that have screened at top festivals around the world. Blair’s ability to combine visual artistry with poignant, thought-provoking storytelling has garnered him a dedicated following in the film industry.
Blair’s passion for film extends beyond directing and cinematography—he is also known for his role as a producer, where his keen sense of story, talent for collaboration, and deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking have made him an invaluable asset on numerous productions. Much like John, Blair is deeply involved in the tactile, hands-on aspects of his craft. He enjoys working with film stock and has a special affinity for analog techniques, which allow him to create an aesthetic that feels timeless and raw. With a foundation from two of the world’s top film schools, AFI and FTII, Faroukh shot his first feature at 25 with a legendary director. Born into cinema—his mother a celebrated actress and his father, one of India’s greatest cinematographers—Faroukh’s passion for visual storytelling is unmatched. This passion fuels his commitment to crafting visuals that resonate deeply with audiences, transcending cultural boundaries.
His diverse portfolio spans feature films, commercials, documentaries, and web series, showcasing unparalleled versatility and artistry across genres. Faroukh's work has earned him prestigious accolades, including Promax, Genies, Abbys, Tellys, and National Awards. Notably, he received Best Cinematography for a Feature at FIOCCI, Venezuela.
With over 1,000 commercials to his credit and work featured worldwide, including Cannes, Faroukh collaborates with Clio and Academy Award-winning directors and global icons in film and sports. His work has captivated audiences from Los Angeles to New York to Mumbai.
